Responsabilità

Responsibilities:

  • Providing profеssional L1 tеchnicаl support to the еmployeеs of DB Schеnker, worldwide, viа rеmote support аnd in pеrson, where nеcеssary;
  • Handling of tickеts within our globаl Service Desk in accordance to thе working instructions and SOPs provided;
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees, providing them with the necessary tools and equipment needed to start working;
  • Handling company equipment in a responsible and organized manner, as well as keeping track of the stock;
  • Assisting with special IT requests, such as providing technical support during town hall meetings, video conferences, printer maintenance etc.;
  • Collaboration with external suppliers (i.e. Vodafone, Konica Minolta) to perform IT related service activities for the company.
Qualifiche

Qualifications:

  • Completed University degree;
  • Passionate about IT (software + hardware) and helping others;
  • Experience with Windows 10, basic knowledge about Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory;
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (WLAN, LAN, VPN, VOIP etc.);
  • Advanced level of English and French  is mandatory;
  • Ability to work in a team, especially on a global level, communication and customer service abilities / social skills;
  • Ability to work in an organized manner, following working instructions, SOPs as well as showing an interest to learn them and improve them;
