We are seeking a Maintenance Management Expert as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in Makkah, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule
- Advise the client on Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate technical interfaces
- Service Quality Monitoring
- Supervise the Operator’s Preventive Maintenance activities
- Supervise Fleet Inventory Management
- Ensure facilities are equipped with the necessary tools
- Fleet Inventory Management
- Monitor the Operator's performance
- Review and evaluation of maintenance systems and infrastructure
- Monitor the performance of employees
- Oversight of Safety
- Deliver Staff Training Programs, incl. Quality and Maintenance Training
- Identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 14 years’ experience includes 5 years in the transportation sector with emphasis in public transportation operations and Maintenance Management including Asset Tracking and involved in big and major infrastructure projects of similar nature
- Preferably with regional and international expertise, specifically 5 years’ experience in the Middle East.
- Preferably Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, Public & Private Stakeholders in the Middle East.
- Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written.
- Preference given to Muslim applicants due to the location in the Haram zone of Makkah
- Full Computer Literacy
- Excellent personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conduct presentations, working to agreed deadlines etc.)
- Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
