Responsibilities
  •  Support Talent Acquisition partners with administrative tasks
  •  Reviews resumes and applications to ensure that all required information is included
  •  Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates
  •  Contacts applicants to confirm interview appointments and send reminders as needed
  •  Help with initial applicant screening
  •  Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  •  Administration of online tests to candidates, including upload in Avature
  •  Help in the JD upload in the JD Simulator Tool
  •  Support in following up with candidates during the recruitment process
  •  Follow up with candidates after interviews to thank them for their time and interest in the position
  •  Support in other tasks assigned
Qualifications

  • BS / BA in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant field
  • Basic Marketing - use of social media and the internet to create marketing materials to promote open job requirements or training courses.
  • Basis/Intermediate knowledge and use of desktop applications - use of common office computer tools for efficient completion of tasks; including but not limited to data entry.
  • Use of graphic design tools is a plus.
