We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Expert as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in Makkah, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.
- A confident and articulate communicator, proactive with excellent problem-solving skills, adapt-able and diplomatic, to provide advice, direction, management, and support for all matters relat-ed to Public Relations and Marketing.
- Plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the public image of CLIENT in the context of Makkah Bus.
- Responsible for creating and managing communication strategies to ensure a positive reputation and build strong relationships with the public, media, social media and Public & Private stakeholders.
- Lead in (i) Strategic PR planning, (ii) Media Relations, (iii) Reputation Management, (iv) Content creation and messaging, (v) Event coordination, (vi) Stakeholder engagement, (vii) social media and digital PR, (viii) Internal communication, (ix) Crisis communication, (x) Measurement and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree holder, Qualified or equivalent
- Total minimum of 14 years plus experience includes 5 years relevant experience as Customer Relationship Management Experts.
- Preferably with regional and international expertise, specifically 7 years’ experience in the Mid-dle East.
- Experience in communication and collaboration among various Ministry, Government Agencies, Public & Private Stakeholders in the Middle East.
- Confident and articulate communicator, proactive with excellent problem-solving skills, adapt-able and diplomatic, to provide advice, direction, management, and support for all matters relat-ed to Public Relations and Marketing
- Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written.
- Strong experience in Social Media content creation, publishing, advertising and distribution.
- Preference given to Muslim applicants due to the location of the bus operation.
- Full Computer Literacy. Working knowledge in Marketing Tool Software.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
- Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
